1. Introduction

Rally Haus Sports is an indoor pickleball and golf facility in Attleboro, Massachusetts, operated by East Side Collaborative LLC ("Rally Haus Sports", "we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

This policy applies to information we collect:

• On this website, www.rallyhaussports.com (the "Site").
• In email, text, and phone communications between you and us that start from the Site.

It does not apply to information collected:

• Offline or in person at the facility, which will be covered by separate notices once we open.
• By third parties, including TeamReach, Apple, Google, or any other service that this Site links to. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with our practices, your choice is not to use the Site. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us

The Site currently has no sign-up, booking, or payment forms. The only personal information you provide through the Site is what you choose to send us when you contact us by email at info@rallyhaussports.com or by phone at 401-999-9065. That may include your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.

If we add an email sign-up form, booking tool, or payment feature in the future, we will update this policy to describe the information those features collect before they go live.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data in server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you request, the date and time of each request, and the referring page. We use this data only to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Site. The Site is hosted by Railway (Railway Corporation), which processes these logs on our behalf.

We do not currently run website analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording tools on the Site.

Information from third parties

We do not receive personal information about you from third parties through the Site. If you join our group on the TeamReach app, your participation is governed by TeamReach, and we see only what you share inside that group.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your questions and requests.
• Share opening news, programming, and club updates that you ask for.
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
• Any other purpose you consent to at the time you provide the information.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

The Site does not set advertising, analytics, or other non-essential cookies today. It uses only strictly necessary browser storage: when you make a choice in the cookie settings dialog, that preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the Site remembers it. This storage is not shared with anyone and does not track you across other websites.

If we add analytics or marketing tools that use cookies, a consent banner will ask for your permission first, with equal options to accept, reject, or manage them. You can review or change your preference at any time from the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page.

You can also set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Doing so may affect some features of the Site.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We may share information:

• With service providers that help us operate the Site and communicate with you, such as our hosting provider and our email service, who may access information only to perform services for us. Email service: Microsoft 365.
• To comply with a court order, law, subpoena, or other legal process, or a government request.
• To enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of East Side Collaborative LLC, our members, our guests, or others.
• With a buyer or successor if East Side Collaborative LLC merges with, is acquired by, or transfers assets to another company, in which case this policy will continue to apply.
• With your consent.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site links to services that we do not control. Each has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read them:

• TeamReach. Our community group runs inside the TeamReach app. Downloading the app, creating an account, and joining the Rally Haus Sports group with our team code are handled by TeamReach under its own terms and privacy policy.
• Apple App Store and Google Play. Buttons on the Site open the official TeamReach listings in these stores.
• Google Maps. Address links open Google Maps in a new tab. We do not embed a map on the Site.
• Instagram. The Site links to our Instagram profile. Instagram governs any information you share there.

Court and simulator reservations will be handled through CourtReserve, a third-party booking platform, once bookings open. Creating a CourtReserve account, making reservations, and paying through it are governed by CourtReserve's own terms and privacy policy, and we will receive the reservation details needed to run the facility. We will update this policy before bookings go live. Payments made through CourtReserve are processed by SafeSave.

7. Data retention

We keep email and phone correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our communications, and then for 24 months unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for its standard retention period. You may ask us to delete your correspondence at any time; see section 10.

8. Data security

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, including serving the Site over HTTPS, applying security headers, and limiting access to correspondence to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us right away.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us at info@rallyhaussports.com and we will delete it.

Our general policy is for players to be 16 years of age or older, and clinics are open to players ages 16 and up. Players under 16 may take part only in private court rentals, subject to supervision and facility policies. For any participant under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the consent section of our waiver, and we collect the minor’s and the parent’s or guardian’s contact details only for that purpose and for running the program.

10. Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information, unless we must keep it for a legal reason.
• Stop sending you marketing communications.

To make a request, email info@rallyhaussports.com or call 401-999-9065. We may need to verify your identity before acting. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

Massachusetts residents

We operate in Massachusetts and protect personal information in accordance with Massachusetts law, including the data security requirements of 201 CMR 17.00 where they apply. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Massachusetts General Laws chapter 93H.

Residents of other states

The Site is intended for people in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and the surrounding region. If a state privacy law such as the California Consumer Privacy Act grants you additional rights, you may exercise them using the contact details above and we will respond in accordance with that law. The Site is not directed to residents of the European Union or the United Kingdom.

11. Email and SMS communications

We do not currently run an email newsletter or SMS program from the Site. Opening updates are shared through our TeamReach group, which you can leave at any time from within the app.

If we start sending marketing email, every message will include an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by emailing info@rallyhaussports.com. If we start sending text messages, we will ask for your consent first, and you will be able to opt out by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages that respond to your requests.

12. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date at the top. If we make material changes to how we treat personal information, we will also post a notice on the Site's home page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
